FIRST DAY :
I woke up and headed out for school.Sit in hall for assembly. Wasn't really delayed by anything (TO MY AMAZEMENT).
Class got on the bus and we went to Camelot.I didn't kayak due to a reason that I'm not very comfortable with saying(or typing..) out loud. After the class finished kayaking,we had LUNCHY! The food was freaking awesome compared to the stuff we would be having later on as camp progressed. After lunch we built a raft. When we finished the raft,I was relieved.It didn't look very good but I had a feeling it would sorta float.At least for a while.I stood on the shore cuz I couldn't enter the water and I waited for the verdict.Was the raft going to float?Or was it going to be the next Titanic?Well..it floated...then it broke apart cuz we did not do such a good job at tying it.At least it floated for a bit..unlike the other group.Their raft just came apart the second they got in the water. After that we fixed our tents.We were sleeping in tents on grass.I had always wanted to experience that!So awesome.Then we cooked our din-din..For the first time in my fourteen years of life,I had actually swallowed baked beans.So cheers to that!
NEXT....We did the Whiz Challenge! It was so fun.In fact,it was probably the highlight of the whole camp.After all the fun,we washed up and had our milo.Then we slept.I slept like a baby..but when I woke up at 5:30a.m the next morning my back was aching all over.I didnt bring a sleeping bag and the grass was uneven.I didnt really care,though.
NEXT DAY!
After we washed up,we packed up our stuff and 'destroyed' our tents.I had a short nap in the middle of the road as we waited for the bus to arrive.I could not bring myself to finish the breakfast provided.I'm a fussy eater.When we got on the bus,it was a long way to Sungei Buloh,so I slept in the bus.When we arrived,we had our walk.
After our walk,we went back to SCHOOL!When my feet touched the school grounds I kissed the ground.I missed woodlands so badly.School was like my home away from home.So we did our High Elements thingy.I have a history with heights..When I was 3,I fell from a double-decker bed trying to get my milk bottle.YES.It was really that traumatizing which is why I remember it.Go ask your friends and see how much they remember about their lives when they were three years old.I was scared even at the lower challenges.After the High Elements,we were told to prepare a skit of some sort for the campfire.We did what we had to do and we had our dinner I think..Then campfire!
It was fun..Then SLEEPY TIME! That was more fun.I lay down on my mat thinking about the next day!I was so excited to finally go home!I get a little homesick sometimes. :}
Day 3:
We woke up..washed up...DID SURVEYS...then I got my iPod Nano back..I missed Rick Astley on my iPod alot..ok..random.
I guess I'm done here.
CYA.
nice thanks dear
